We kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
No refunds will be issued for any advance payments, deposits, or payments made, regardless of the cancellation or no-show. Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we recommend doing so at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us adjust our schedule and provide the best service to other clients.
For group bookings or event services, there are no refunds for cancellations, regardless of the timing.
Cancellations and rescheduling must be made by calling us directly at 9555981212. We do not accept cancellations via email, text messages, or social media.
Our cancellation policy helps us maintain a high level of service for all our clients and ensures that our stylists and beauticians can plan their schedules effectively. When clients cancel last minute or do not show up, it impacts our ability to serve other clients.
In case of emergencies or extreme circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), please contact us immediately. We will evaluate such cases on an individual basis, but no refunds will be provided in any case.
